Account Deletion

Effective: July 5, 2026

            Important: Users can delete their account directly within the ULooks app. The process is simple and immediate.
        

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps within the ULooks app to permanently delete your account:

Open the ULooks app on your device

Go to Settings

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm deletion when prompted

What Data Will Be Removed

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Profile information — including name, avatar, and personal details
Apple Sign-In identifier — your Apple ID link will be disconnected (iOS)
Google Sign-In identifier — your Google account link will be disconnected (Android)
App usage data — including analysis history and preferences

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. After this retention period, all remaining data will be permanently erased.

Important: Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your ULooks account does NOT automatically cancel your active VIP subscription. To avoid being charged after account deletion, you must cancel your subscription separately:

iOS: Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions > ULooks > Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > ULooks > Cancel subscription
